    The sound quality is good but if you always wore the 2’s and they were comfortable but the pro’s or 3’s were too big then these most likely will be too. I have to return them. My wife and moms are too big too and no other options now with the 2’s discontinued. I’d forget the 2’s were in my ear. These start hurting my ears after about 30 mins. Looks like a lot of people I know can’t wear these. I always thought it was smart of Apple to keep a big and small version. Now there is no smaller option so we all have to look elsewhere. I’ve been a fan of Apple and have bought probably 8 pair of AirPods since they came out. Disappointed Apple dropped the ball on this one.

    The connection to the phone could be a little better and quicker. Sometimes i put my headphones on noise cancellation it starts to static a little bit

    I don’t like the noise cancelling feature, allows a lot of noise from external sounds. I don’t like that the volume wasn’t manageable from the AirPods

    While still glorious as AirPods are the best on the market for casual listening and active listening, the “custom” design of them still make them fall out of your ears often.

    My son in law had to return them as they did not fit in his ears correctly. It has nothing to do with the quality of the product - they just didn't fit him.

    Not bad. Doesn’t stay in ears very well. Any constant moving will require lots of adjusting and refitting in ear.

    Cannot hang up a phone call with one tap like I have it set up sound is not as load as it should be when Siri is reading text messages
