Not even a month and left earpiece not working properly im thankful I got AppleCare+ I use them everyday all day and they can’t seem to connect properly always having to reconnect to phone I don’t know if it has anything to do with me having iPhone 11 but it shouldn’t be that reason I should be able to enjoy new products with an old phone

The noise cancellation was not that good as expected. The battery life was also not good.

1. They don’t fit in the ears and don’t stay 2. I bought the silicone covers to make them fit in the ears but they don’t fit in the charger with silicone covers. I have remove the covers for charging and put them back for the ears. 3. I bought nonsense headache for myself 4. DON’T BUY

These things were terrible. The noise cancellation did not work very well at all. They did not fit in my ear, and kept falling out. I tried to use the little rubber boot thingies, that was not good. They kept slipping out of the boots when I took them out of my ear, leaving the boot in my ear. They have a lot of static.

Maybe this item is good but is not with a diferent brand, has to be iphone

I’m not a fan of the fit, they’re loose in my ear. But in terms of audio they’re darn good. On par with the pros

I have had nothing but problems with these. I recently had a double check where I purchased them from wondering if I had gotten a fake pair because I was shocked at the problems I’ve had with these since I’ve gotten them. They are poor quality and I was thinking OK maybe user error. Well, it’s not. I just got a grbage pair. The first pairs I had worked great. They were an older model. Apple is overrated overpriced.

It keeps falling out of the ear. It’s an okay product.

Writing this review a little over a year after purchase and I can finally say I am done with apples airpods! The worst product going. Already issues the left pod does not put out much sound any longer. This has happened with all air pods ive ever owned. These lasted the shortest period of time! Steer clear and buy another brand!

I have the AirPods 3 and they sound so much better than the AirPod 4. These AirPods sound muffled an boomy which makes voice calls simply crappy.

BUYER BEWARE: I just realized the model I received does not have active noise cancellation. The product information— including the serial number— was incorrect on the website. Because I’m past the return window, I was told there’s nothing that can be done. I accept that I should’ve caught this sooner, but I wanted to make others aware.

difficult to stay in ear. doesn't fix in the ears very well

After the second gen, Apple never managed to get the same comfortable fit.

Didn’t like these as much as I do the pros . Best Buy was out at the time so I used them for 9 days or so and returned. Lucky when I went back they had the pros and they were on sale !!!

These would never say in my ear comfortably, no matter which device I had in and when or what I was doing. It always hurt and then magically one day one falls out of my ear in my car, apparently somehow bounces out of my car into a parking lot never to be located again.

I have never been more disappointed I was told there’s a new manager an that he was trying to change things an make them better an then wasted 3,000 on a computer that ended up trashed after 5 months Best Buy had it more then I did at that time bought it before Christmas so I had got a good deal on it so when they gave the money back instead of replacing the computer with something comparable I had to put another couple hundred into it. I’m a general Manager and the way I was treated by the new manager was unexceptable period so disappointed.

I was sent the wrong product. I asked for AirPods 4 was sent the 3, When I went to customer service to rectify the issue I was told to contact the 3rd party seller. They did nothing to correct their issue and have been giving me the run Around.

Check the fitting..it does not stay in ear,..very loose..they do nor provide buds with Airpods...
