Headphones are good for music only. Whenever I’m on the phone, nobody can hear me.

Terrible soun battery isn’t good and customer service was terrible

I first bought the lower model that worked really well but kept falling out of my ears so I returned them for this model. After charging for 24 hours they were still dead. Then I changed the charging cable & charged for another 24 hours & they’re still dead so they will be returned.

The sound was not loud as i thought and my earphones keep falling out

The seller sent different headphones and Best Buy said they were not authentic. Refund took place

Horrible ! These are worse than the Gen2. I could hear people talking next to me with my volume all the way up. No noise reduction at all !

They are uncomfortable and fall out. I would not buy again.

I lost my EarPods 2 and after going through the review of this one I purchased it and after taking a long time to arrive. The EarPods is making cracking noises, i cant hear the person on the other side of the phone properly. I am so angry at Best buy, am looking at returning it. Overpriced and overhyped.

These airpods came with someones name already programed in them. When I tried to pair them to my phone I then was connected to the previous owner. I even got a notification that “Paul” can track my location. I returned ti Best But and the Geek Squad couldnt even help. They said all they could do was refund them. I had to contact apple directly to get them removed feom my apple account.

Very disappointed that in just having them for a few weeks, the phones are starting to have issues. Very sad about it, and perhaps it’s best to wait this product out.

The best ear buds I have ever owned. Great for the job side blocking out unwanted noises and great for personal use at home when you want to block everyone out and just listen to relaxing pop cast. Comfortable and lightweight are key factors in this product. Thank you Apple for making the all around best earbuds available.

Return perid is very short, want to return item but not allowed, less than 2 weeks is un fair return period

I like the product because my kids love it and I also love it for my music it provides good quality bass and also it very fast to receive the order here

Air pod dying too fast soon I as I started using it

Apple’s Personalized Spatial Audio is a fantastic touch, making it feel like I’m in the middle of a live concert. Speaking of the case, USB-C charging is super convenient, and the built-in speaker helps me find it if I misplace it. Comfort-wise, they fit perfectly and stay secure, even during workouts or long riding sessions at the barn. They’re sweat- and water-resistant, so I don’t worry about them getting damaged when I’m outside. Overall, I love these AirPods! They feel like a huge upgrade, and if you’re considering them, they’re absolutely worth it.

They are not very good, they fall off even if you have placed them well in the ear. It's better to opt for the second generation

The noise quality is not worth the money they are horrible

These earbuds slip out of your ear so easy and I didn’t use theses for a while because they where not connecting 6 months i have to use them and they work but i hate these headphones force to use them everything back then was better. 1st generation December 20, 2016 air pods ❤️❤️❤️
