The ANC is very effective for the or al style of earbuds, and the sound is solid.

Great sound, Bad fit

They were not made for runners or any one doing activities, they keep falling out of my ears if im doing anything other than sitting down. I never had this problem with my airpod pros. They are still good, but consider the airpod pros or you are an actuve person.

The noise cancellation is quite impressive compared to my other dedicated noise canceling headphones
