The item was listed and sold by Best Buy as being in “excellent condition,” but it does not perform as expected. The noise cancellation does not work properly, and any background noise makes it very difficult for others to hear me during phone calls or voice notes. I feel misled by the condition description, especially as a frequent customer who has purchased open-box items before without issues. This experience has been very disappointing.
