I felt the condition of the pods didn’t meet the requirements and the associates quickly agreed, reduced the price and I was on my way. Great customer service.

Light weight & fits inside the ears nicely. It also included apple care for $29.99 more and apple music free for 3 months (new users only). I spoke to James over the phone before buying & they had one left I reserved it brought it online and picked it up later the same day. Thank you!!
