I would have rated them a 5, but they have a tendency to slip out of my ears when I’m working out.

Had to return these because they were not the correct ones for my daughter. They hurt her small ears. Wouldn't recommend if you have smaller ears, go with the older ones.

So far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a piece of “equipment” i had a cheap knock off $5 pair that preformed better than these have the anc is atrocious no matter what i try they wont stay in my ears there is always a “static” sound because it is always either try to “pressurize” for the anc of the speaker is always on to transmit sound through the automatic noise level adjustment is really delayed and if its a loud quick sound majority of the time there is really bad feedback while it is trying to dim the sound i could go on and on there are just way to many problems with theese it’s as if the product was not fully tested before being released or qc is garbage and these are “acceptable” issues its just ridiculous

So the product is good and works well. Apple being Apple had to add updates that do not benefit the customers, just them. Got my wife a set and she switches between using them on her phone and her work phone. Only works with one Apple ID…money grab. It is just ear buds, don’t over think it Apple.

Overall great ear buds, just don't fit my ears quite as well as the previous generations.

I wish they had a little more bass. They are ok if you listen to audio with no bass.

They're okay but not as loud as secure as I need them to be.

Pretty good anc, last AirPods I had was the first one that came out, good replacement

They are okay the same as all the other pairs. Nothing fancy or out of this world!

Husband had been wanting an upgrade what very Christmas Gift.

Bestbuy sold this Apple device when it was clearly in someone elses name through Apple. The Geek squad told my son thats just the way it goes with Apple and that we had to try to contact the prior owner of the earbuds to get them reset. This of course is the wrong response from Geeksquad. Returned the earbuds to Bestbuy.

Not specific to the item but be very careful about Best Buy return policy. Unlike other sites there is no extension for the Holiday season and is only 14 days. I ordered for pickup. By the time I gave the gift the return window was almost closed. I figured at least 30 days normal (like Apple) and possibly more for the Holidays (like Amazon). I was wrong and stuck with airpods. Can't even get a store credit.

I am not happy. They don't pair well, it takes a bit to connect. The noise cancellation is barely noticeable, and they keep falling out of my ears. I wanted to love these, but I am going to stay with the Gen 2 for now until there is an improvement.

Bought a gift two weeks in advance for my wife for her birthday. However the Airpods 4 do not fit for people with small ears/ear canals. Went to return them to the local West Lebanon store and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, was told that it was too late to return them. No exceptions. I will no longer buy anything directly from BestBuy because their return policy sucks. If they won't take back a gift that did not work out, why would I buy from them directly. They make Amazon look attractive.

I feel like whenever I put them in my ear--they are about to fall out and they are truly uncomfortable :(

First red flag, this seller has a lot of low reviews. Packaging was not genuine, peel off was glued to the box. Did not came with braided cable, ear tips were scattered and won’t hold on place of packaging. This signs were enough to know it’s a fake. Connected to my phone and the warranty was already there until April 2027. Compared the seller and they told me it’s original. Took it to local best buy to return it and the associate who helped me return was also not sure about it being original.

Dont know how it works but it does. Wish the fit was just a little better.

Stopped working after only 2 weeks with them but I haven’t had the chance to go back and return them since great sound and overall quality in audio, but did stop charging

All around good AirPods but the AirPods Pro are better in my opinion.

I have to date purchased 3 different models of the Apple AirPods. The sound cannot compare to my old Sony over the ear set. I still feel they will probably fall out if I try to go walking with them. They are fully charged and last night I put them on to watch a movie on my iPad. They kept stopping and the movie stopped with them. I finally was fed up and took them out and watched the movie without them.
