Spend the extra money and get the Pro 2 version! So much better. These easily fall out of your ears and the sound quality was not great. I had better saiund quality from a much less expensive pair of JBL ear buds. I ultimately got the Pro 2's again.

I bought the silicone covers to make them fit in the ears but they don’t fit in the charger with silicone covers. I have remove the covers for charging and put them back for the ears. 3. The noise cancellation did not work very well at all. They did not fit in my ear, and kept falling out. I tried to use the little rubber boot thingies, that was not good. They kept slipping out of the boots when I took them out of my ear, leaving the boot in my ear. They have a lot of static.

I recently had a double check where I purchased them from wondering if I had gotten a fake pair because I was shocked at the problems I’ve had with these since I’ve gotten them. They are poor quality and I was thinking OK maybe user error. Well, it’s not. I just got a grbage pair. The first pairs I had worked great. They were an older model. Apple is overrated overpriced.
