Got these to replace my old Pro 2’s, and honestly what a downgrade. Firstly, no volume control from the stem. Seriously??? Without it, it’s honestly more trouble than it’s worth, as someone who relies heavily on earbuds on a daily basis in circumstances where I’m not able to bust out my phone every 2 minutes to adjust the volume. It’s so ridiculous that these newest version of AirPods don’t come with that feature, it’s a literal necessity. My other complaints deal with the fact that this version doesn’t have the suction tip, which reduces sound quality and makes it feel like they’re going to fall out at any moment. As a first-time AirPod buyer, sure, they’re fine. But going from the near perfect Pro 2’s to this? Horrendous. Worth shelling out the extra cash for the Pro 2’s, don’t settle for these!

These are sooooo good i love them!! I got them today.

I don’t love these airpods. They do not last as long as my airpod pros. I wish i would have just bought more pros, i thought these would be better but they aren’t. Noise cancellation is cool. But for these Airpods last 2-3 hrs, my pros lasted 8-10 hrs.

I bought these buds for my wife for Valentines Day. I’m sure there are ok as she’s had other Apple products. I’m lucky we actually got them as Best Buy put in the wrong address. The UPS guy knows us so I got them. I checked my account and indeed that is correct. I paid with Pay Pal who has my correct address. If Best Buy is going to be so careless then I’ll just buy from the manufacturer to protect myself. Do better Best Buy. This review is on them, not apple.

I have reason to believe this wasn’t a good purchase

Not for me, ended up returning them for the pro 2’s. They’re good if you don’t like the rubber fitting in your ears

My airpods were stolen during delivery, I never got them, so this is a review for best buys customer service not the product: Worst ever call center Worst ever call center, very rude, unprofessional, they hung up on me 3 times when I asked for a supervisor. They will tell you to go to the store to get your problem fixed and when you get there nothing happens. Supervisor told me I would be ble to pick up my order same day and that never happened. I am not exaggerating when I tell you they were very close to get me a heart attack. Don't buy from them because even if there is a 10% chance you would be needing customer support, it is going to be a nightmare.

Not that great and over priced loses connection on Bluetooth

Returned - did not fit at all in my ears and there were no additional caps to help with the fitting.
