Horrible pick up experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I got to the store for my pick up the manager and employee informed me the item was picked up when I explained to them it was impossible. I then requested to speak to a many so they can replay the video tape and it did not show me picking the device up , so the clerk gave me another device and didn’t explain what happened or what he was doing once home I found out the clerk made a claim on my device so I can get my device which is right .

Terrible
