Too much trouble on these

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had these for about 3 weeks they were working fine but then I noticed crackling sounds on the left side which was weird so I went to return them and got new ones but after 1 week of having them they did the same thing I'm not sure if I'm unlucky and get defective pairs but i went back to AirPods Pro's 2nd those are still the best

Bring back the 3 rd generation style ear bud :(

I don’t know why apply changes the ear piece from the other generations. These are hard ear buds. No soft end like the others. They don’t stay in my ear, don’t seal so noise canceling doesn’t work properly. I wish they would go back to the older style. Unfortunately I’m past the return time so stuck with them.

Opened box item missing parts

The best of the best

Great for the job side blocking out unwanted noises and great for personal use at home when you want to block everyone out and just listen to relaxing pop cast. Comfortable and lightweight are key factors in this product. Thank you Apple for making the all around best earbuds available.
