They both find they fit better than the first gen earbuds they had before. And the noise cancelling is quite good, better than the first gen pros in my experience.

They fit my ear perfectly, have fantastic sound, are simple to use, and do a great job blocking out other noises, so much that I feel I am all by myself despite people around me.

Extremely Comfortable - Great Update

Transparency and Noise Cancellation work surpisingly well for "non-plug" earbuds(Airpods Pro 2s are still better in this category). For me, its the comfort of not having plugs and sealed ears that make these a win for me. They are extremely comfortable to wear.

The sound quality is excellent — crisp highs, strong bass, and the improved noise cancellation works really well even in busy environments like airports or public transport. The transparency mode also feels more natural than previous versions. However, the fit is a bit disappointing for me. Even though the earbuds are lightweight and sleek, they don’t sit securely in my ears. I often feel like they’re about to fall out, especially when walking or turning my head. I wish Apple included more size options or customizable tips. Still, if they fit your ears well, they’re an amazing pair of earbuds — especially for iPhone users.
