Lost One Side Just Days After Purchase

I actually bought these after losing a previous pair for the same reason, and unfortunately, just a few days after getting them, I lost the left one again. Even though I signed up for AppleCare, it doesn't cover lost items at all, which was really disappointing. Now I'm just carrying around one AirPod. Is there any way to get a replacement or partial coverage for a lost side through Best Buy? I’d really appreciate any guidance.

They work very well and the noise cancelation works very well for how small they are. The battery for them last for a lot longer than their previous generation.

They are exactly what I’ve been wanting. They fit in my ears very well, I hear everything clearly & people say they can hear me very well too.

Pros? Sounds is clear, and articulate. Case is small and almost disappears into your pocket. Device switching works pretty well between Mac devices. Mid? ANC is just OK. Pretty much what I expected for earbuds that don't seal in the ear. I tried them on a flight, and although they were comfortable in the ear - I got some weird buffeting action during certain parts of the flight with ANC on. Con? Only that I am rockin' a Pixel phone and have to bluetooth re-pair them when I want to use them with my phone at the gym.
