    Not good ear pods, a cheap quality of ear pods. The Best Buy rep or associate that sold these to me has poor customer service skills and he could care less about the right purchase for a customer. Every business nowadays just want people to spend spend spend and gives poor quality of service and products.

    Great headphones. My only problem is no designated volume control. If that if not an issue these are great. I still use them day to day and they are excellent on sound and noise cancellation.

    I love it!!! Tiny. It doesn’t fall out of my ear!! I can be playing music, and the AirPod pauses when I begin to talk to someone. The sound quality is amazing.
