Love them! I wished they kept the same length , they are hard to grab at times.

I was not happy with these and returned them. One would fall out of my ear when working out, the other hurt like heck. It's probably my ears, so maybe you'll have a different experience. Just be careful... the hard plastic is unforgiving.

I went to buy some earbuds and received hostile treatment. A young woman started treating me poorly the moment she saw me. I told her I wanted to look at some earbuds to purchase, and she took a pair out; however, when I asked her what size they were, she told me she couldn't open the package. I then asked to see a different pair, but she told me she was only allowed to take one item at a time from the display stand. She treated me so rudely that I eventually just told her to hand me any pair at random, and I paid for them. As it turns out, they are too small and weren't what I was looking for. Best Buy really needs to improve its employees' customer service.

This was a birthday present for my adult daughter. It was a big hit. Just what she wanted. It replaced a much older model.

i like how tiny it is and fits in the ear but didnt like the sound system. sound can be heard from a distance too which never happened with other airpods
