Same product but the battery life is not what I expected. My older generation charging case lasted longer than two days and the audio hasn’t improved from the last generation

I loved them at first but then the second piece for my right ear never gets fully charged. It stays at 8%

Be aware at third party seller on best buy. It’s a scam. Order status is shipped but never delivered. Seller keep telling they will work with shipping carrier but nothing happens, refused to cancel order and not refund. Seller even told me to return the item and they will refund. I don’t even have the item. Contacted Best buy but they said they can’t do anything because it’s third party sellers, they have no control. What’s a shame on best buy to allow the scam on their system and refused to help customer get money back. Best buy is becoming a huge scam.

Hard to understand what to press and how to manage, increase volume, etc.

The sound cancellation is perfect. The only problem I have is to keep popping out my ear they don’t fit.

Best ear pods on the market and reasonably priced compared to headphones that are impossible to hide.

Sound is amazing but the noise cancellation feature hurts my ears.

Not the best. Didn’t stay in my ears, Inevitably bound to deteriorate in sound quality over time due to ear wax in the speaker grill. I would say it’s worth the Extra money for the pros with the silicone tips.

I love these but just recently they are messing up in phone calls but podcasts and books are fine.

Sound is amazing and the noice canceling is good. The microphone is horrible though. No one can understand me on the phone and constant complaints of cutting in and out. I have tried all the suggestions within setting but it is not helping the mic at all.

Battery life is worse than previous generations. Gen 3 was better in terms of battery.

The sound and noise canceling works really great, but the buds are too big for my ear and fall out constantly. I am not very happy with the way that they fit in my ear if I had known before purchasing, I would have not gotten these.

It’s keeps falling out!!! Otherwise sound quality is good.

Any activity they fall out of your ear. It doesn’t matter how far you wedge them in your ears.
