I just didn't want to pay the price but after purchasing several cheaper pairs I was more than happy to buy these and they were eon sale too. Best buy has a lot of sales, and you don't really have to wait that long.

Very pleased with these Airpod. I think they are better in every way compared the 3rd gen. Noise cancellation is awesome. I will definitely keep these. I was thinking about getting the cheaper version but glad I bought these.

Service and availability was great by Best Buy. In terms of the AirPods, the tech and software aren't great all the time. Random calls and texts occur with this set. Dont get me wrong the 4's are awesome from a sound standpoint. But you will end up screaming "no dont send" at least 5x in the first week.

I couldn't deal with the pressure build up with the Pros so after picking the 4 up and testing I am extremely happy with the comfort and can wear them for a longer period of time.

Sound quality is fine, the noise cancelling is great, but Apple seriously ruined the usability of this by removing the double finger tap for the double clip to skip a song. Knocks the headphone loose, really challenging when it’s cold out. And the shape is not great nor is the new positioning in the case. They are extremely annoying to put in and remove from the case now — why did they flip the headphones around to charge? Shockingly, this headphone is genuinely a step backwards from the previous generations. Noise cancelling is great but at the expense of so much more. Poor design, Apple.
