WRONG PRODUCT SENT

I asked for AirPods 4 was sent the 3, When I went to customer service to rectify the issue I was told to contact the 3rd party seller. They did nothing to correct their issue and have been giving me the run Around.

Not delivered, still had to pay

They were placed outside my apartment building instead of the designated package area inside. When I contacted Best Buy, they essentially said it wasn’t their fault and did not reimbursed. I think that’s the last time I’ll be a customer

It’s okay

Whenever I wear it there’s a weird noise coming from the AirPods and I cannot put it on noise cancellation because it is putting pressure on my ears feeling like their going to explode.
