Absolutely love these. They were a gift from my daughter for my birthday.

They're ok. Cool noise cancelling feature however, the feature made me feel like my head was underwater. Definitely cancels out noise, just wasn't for me.

My first experience was excellent with best buy. Staff & their service too good

Purchased this product with reward certificates and ultimately returned them because the "Pro's" feel better. At time of return I specifically asked if the rewards would be returned because if not I would keep the product, as they could not do an exchange in the store at the time as they were out of stock so they recommended I order online. They also assured me that the rewards would be credited back typically in 48 hours. After several days of no credit I called the 800 # and was told by a representative that the $100 certificate could not be reissued and if I needed to argue the matter I would have to go back to the store to litigate the matter with them. I requested to speak with a supervisor who never called until I called back again two days later only to be told the same thing. As a long time customer who has spent literally thousands of dollars at BestBuy, the customer service here is extremely disappointing. In the event another supervisor can inject some logic in this situation I'll reference the supervisor "Brian" and case #363473603. As a long time customer who would refer friends to the store, this event will make me reconsider my future support of BestBuy

These would be the 2nd pair in just a month. The first pair was from Amazon which stopped working then I went to Best Buy. They work great what I need it for but there are some drawbacks. The sound tends to fade out or not work on texting, alerts, and notifications. From time to time I will get a loud distortion sound either from calling, notification etc. Other than those things it’s fine.

Performance as expected! Wanted to experience the noise reduction feature. No complaints so far.

Love Apple, only issue is they kept falling out of my ears.

I am so happy to have the new AirPods. I can always find them when I sit them down.
