These are fake

Packaging was not genuine, peel off was glued to the box. Did not came with braided cable, ear tips were scattered and won’t hold on place of packaging. This signs were enough to know it’s a fake. Connected to my phone and the warranty was already there until April 2027. Compared the seller and they told me it’s original. Took it to local best buy to return it and the associate who helped me return was also not sure about it being original.

BestBuy return policy stinks!

However the Airpods 4 do not fit for people with small ears/ear canals. Went to return them to the local West Lebanon store and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, was told that it was too late to return them. No exceptions. I will no longer buy anything directly from BestBuy because their return policy sucks. If they won't take back a gift that did not work out, why would I buy from them directly. They make Amazon look attractive.

Quality great it sucks

I am not very happy with the way that they fit in my ear if I had known before purchasing, I would have not gotten these.
