Disappointed

Both earbuds only last about 1.5 hours on a full charge, which is far below the advertised 4–6 hours of listening time. For something that’s supposed to be new, I expected much better. I’ve tried resetting them and making sure they charge properly, but the issue continues. For the price, the quality should be reliable. I feel like I received a defective pair. I’ll be contacting customer service for a replacement.

Not Happy

The noise cancellation is barely noticeable, and they keep falling out of my ears. I wanted to love these, but I am going to stay with the Gen 2 for now until there is an improvement.

Annoying. Try ti get use to the “technology “. Also the volume goes up automatically when listening to a video .

Apple needs to step up their battery life

Useless

I bought the silicone covers to make them fit in the ears but they don’t fit in the charger with silicone covers. I have remove the covers for charging and put them back for the ears. 3. I bought nonsense headache for myself 4. DON’T BUY
