Sound like a robot poor connectivity

New manager is WORSE

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never been more disappointed I was told there’s a new manager an that he was trying to change things an make them better an then wasted 3,000 on a computer that ended up trashed after 5 months Best Buy had it more then I did at that time bought it before Christmas so I had got a good deal on it so when they gave the money back instead of replacing the computer with something comparable I had to put another couple hundred into it. I’m a general Manager and the way I was treated by the new manager was unexceptable period so disappointed.

Not delivered, still had to pay

They were placed outside my apartment building instead of the designated package area inside. When I contacted Best Buy, they essentially said it wasn’t their fault and did not reimbursed. I think that’s the last time I’ll be a customer
