I just bought a brand-new pair of AirPods 16 days ago and I’m really disappointed with the battery performance. Both earbuds only last about 1.5 hours on a full charge, which is far below the advertised 4–6 hours of listening time. For something that’s supposed to be new, I expected much better. I’ve tried resetting them and making sure they charge properly, but the issue continues. For the price, the quality should be reliable. I feel like I received a defective pair. I’ll be contacting customer service for a replacement.

They are okay the same as all the other pairs. Nothing fancy or out of this world!

I love the way they sound and minimize outside noise and react when I speak but they do not stay in my ears well at all!

I love everything about them except for the fact that they don’t stay in my ears. There has to be a practical way to keep them from falling out of my ears.

Stopped working after only 2 weeks with them but I haven’t had the chance to go back and return them since great sound and overall quality in audio, but did stop charging

I am not happy. They don't pair well, it takes a bit to connect. The noise cancellation is barely noticeable, and they keep falling out of my ears. I wanted to love these, but I am going to stay with the Gen 2 for now until there is an improvement.

Battery life not good enough. They die very quickly

Do not like the fit of the hard plastic. Is not snug. Returned and exchanged for version 3.

Dont know how it works but it does. Wish the fit was just a little better.

The rift side stopped charging after a year. Other than that they work great get apple care, this happens every set i purchase.

1. They don’t fit in the ears and don’t stay 2. I bought the silicone covers to make them fit in the ears but they don’t fit in the charger with silicone covers. I have remove the covers for charging and put them back for the ears. 3. I bought nonsense headache for myself 4. DON’T BUY

All around good AirPods but the AirPods Pro are better in my opinion.

The latest gen Air Pods work great. Easy to buy at a good price

There’s a when not speaking and the worst is this rush of air sound that happens, like you’re waking into a giant walk in refrigerator/freezer. Annoying. Try ti get use to the “technology “. Also the volume goes up automatically when listening to a video .

These air pods are great ! All the futures are exactly what I need.

Great purchase for my kids, they love the feel of them.

These are definitely not as nice as the pro, though that would have been another $80. My significant issue is that they tend to fall out of the ear when running. Next time I am going back to the pro.

Everything’s great except for the fact that the right earbud always feels like it’s coming loose, and when I touch it to push it further in my ear, it pauses the music. So if I adjust it and the one in my left ear (one after another) it literally changes it from Noise Cancelling to whatever else. So then I’m constantly having to go into settings and turn it back onto Noise Cancelling again. Whenever I’m on a mower or tractor I end up having to do this like 10-20 times. It’s very annoying.
