It was alright, I don’t think this the best AirPods apple made. It makes some weird static noises. It also gave a blister on the inside of my ear so I had to return it. It it’s also hard to connect to device.

I love it! The noise cancellation doesn’t work as well as the first month I got it.

Purchased this product with reward certificates and ultimately returned them because the "Pro's" feel better. At time of return I specifically asked if the rewards would be returned because if not I would keep the product, as they could not do an exchange in the store at the time as they were out of stock so they recommended I order online. They also assured me that the rewards would be credited back typically in 48 hours. After several days of no credit I called the 800 # and was told by a representative that the $100 certificate could not be reissued and if I needed to argue the matter I would have to go back to the store to litigate the matter with them. I requested to speak with a supervisor who never called until I called back again two days later only to be told the same thing. As a long time customer who has spent literally thousands of dollars at BestBuy, the customer service here is extremely disappointing. In the event another supervisor can inject some logic in this situation I'll reference the supervisor "Brian" and case #363473603. As a long time customer who would refer friends to the store, this event will make me reconsider my future support of BestBuy

The rift side stopped charging after a year. Other than that they work great get apple care, this happens every set i purchase.

Noise reduction is great for ear buds! Wish I would have purchased sooner!

The sound quality is good but if you always wore the 2’s and they were comfortable but the pro’s or 3’s were too big then these most likely will be too. I have to return them. My wife and moms are too big too and no other options now with the 2’s discontinued. I’d forget the 2’s were in my ear. These start hurting my ears after about 30 mins. Looks like a lot of people I know can’t wear these. I always thought it was smart of Apple to keep a big and small version. Now there is no smaller option so we all have to look elsewhere. I’ve been a fan of Apple and have bought probably 8 pair of AirPods since they came out. Disappointed Apple dropped the ball on this one.

I don’t like the noise cancelling feature, allows a lot of noise from external sounds. I don’t like that the volume wasn’t manageable from the AirPods

While still glorious as AirPods are the best on the market for casual listening and active listening, the “custom” design of them still make them fall out of your ears often.
