After charging for 24 hours they were still dead. Then I changed the charging cable & charged for another 24 hours & they’re still dead so they will be returned.

Worst earpods

The EarPods is making cracking noises, i cant hear the person on the other side of the phone properly. I am so angry at Best buy, am looking at returning it. Overpriced and overhyped.

Never get refurbished

When I tried to pair them to my phone I then was connected to the previous owner. I even got a notification that “Paul” can track my location. I returned ti Best But and the Geek Squad couldnt even help. They said all they could do was refund them. I had to contact apple directly to get them removed feom my apple account.
