Almost daily they fail to connect to my phone and have to be reset. They die overnight from 60-80% while sitting in the case. Honestly kinda mad that I spent $600 on these. My beats studios were half the price and never fail to connect and have an actual power off function so they don’t kill the battery overnight nor require a special case that you can’t lose but still doesn’t work. Will most likely be returning these after a few weeks of constant aggravation.

Bought an open box, and it arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend buying an open box.

These honestly suck. They’re super uncomfortable, especially when only wearing one side since my job only allows one ear to be covered at a time and the ear muff/cup absorbs sweat so they get wet and super dirty really easily. I had them for a week and they’re extremely dirty. i turned off auto ear detection so when i put the headphones back in the “smart case” theyres still on and actively playing music or audio from my phone. I’ve had a bug recently (2.5 weeks into ownership) sometimes the button to switch thru transparency, noise cancellation, and the off mode doesn’t work. they hold a charge for a while which is good, they sound ok - i mean the bass could bd better but what do i know. all in all i genuinely don’t want these headphones anymore and will more than likely be returning to the airpod pros

The udpdate is just ok, quality is great on the headobones themselves as usual. The issue is that the case is still terrible. They really should just add a power button.
