Bad product and extremely expensive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not really pleased with this product. It stopped working. Wouldn’t stay paired or powered on. It was still under the year warranty. We sent it in to be repaired or replaced. Apple sent it back saying that they didn’t find anything wrong with it which I find hard to believe because we exhausted all trouble shooting steps. When they sent it back it was surprisingly working just fine. After 3 months it stopped working again with the same issue. By this time the warranty needed and we were told it would cost the same amount as new headphones to get them repaired. These headphones are not worth the price

Great sound, uncomfortable wear

However, they are very tight and heavy and have not gotten easier for using for hours at a time despite owning them for months. If you are sensitive to headphone weight or tightness then you should probably look elsewhere.

The APMs are keepers

I tried the Beats Solo Pro, yet the comfort level was not the best. The APMs are comfortable, sound very good, and the transparency mode is welcome, as at times my wife wants to converse, and the transparency mode makes that possible I purchased them as open box, and they were "excellent".

Shouldn’t waited that long…

I ordered these for myself after months of debate (because of the hefty price tag) but my birthday came along and I took the plunge. I have the Apple AirPods Pro and they DON’T stay in my ears. Very annoying. These are now my favorite accessory. I am so thrilled with these.
