Sound quality is very good. But the noise canceling is out of this world.

I really wanted to love these. They sound outstanding, but they are just not comfortable for me. Laying down, they feel like they’re going to fall off. They make my ears hot and sweaty relatively quickly. They also pinch in various spots around my ear.

I am in love ! Pictures don’t do these headphones justice. Once I had them in my hands I was in love. They fit PERFECTLY on your head, the noise cancelling is phenomenal. Fav headphones I’ve ever had.

We use headphones as peanuts as a family of five. We've tried a lot of different brands, broken, lost, and ruined a lot of them, but this is our favorite. I got this one for my picky husband, for his birthday, and it has been approved by him.

Arguably the best headphones ever created…ONLY if you can find them on sale. At $550, too expensive but for $450 and below absolutely insane experience.

Liked the way thw color looks in person and noise control settings on it.

Really good and reliable headphones recommend for taking anywhere

Sound was a bit thin. Not very loud. At 50% Volume level you can barely hear anything. The Bass was not really strong. It lacked richness and fullness. There was some popping and crackling at random times when the bass hits while the ANC was turned on. It didn't have this problem when ANC is off. I actually returned these 3 times thinking I had defective headphones. All three pair had the same issues. Im shocked none of the reviewers even mention this. Noise cancellation was great and I loved the Spatial sound effects. Overall, these are great headphones for easy listening, jazz or classical music; not so much for anything with heavy bass, like rock, hip hop, R&B, dance or house. I wanted to like these headphones because the build quality is top tier, but the sound quality was lacking, definitely not worth the $550 price tag.

Love the AirPod Max’s! Couldn’t recommend them enough. They are an investment, but love them. Love that the ear pieces can be replaced. The case does take come getting used to, but overall, love them.

Costly but good product. Noise cancellation is better than air pods.

Great sound quality with movies. Quality is top notch.

Had some complications with ordering them on black friday but I went in a week later after things got sorted out and the manager helped me price match and ordered my headphones for me and got them on time.

Airpods Max work really well. I'm using them for the gym, and they are holding up really well. I will be getting protectors since I worry they will get scratched. I do wish the battery life was better. The battery lasts less than my beats battery did.

The product is great, recipient couldn’t be happier. The shipping was dangerous in the fact they were lying on the edge of my porch with no outside box. Shipping label placed on Apple Original packing box, with a photo of product on the outside. Thank goodness I saw this on my doorbell camera and left work to secure them.

The sound is good but the fit wasn't the best. It is hard to talk on the phone

Noise cancelling is great, but why no off button??

I love these headphones, my sons play their movies and games loud, I never hear them anymore. the volume doesn't have to be too high, When I'm watching a movie the voices are so clear. I feel like I'm in a movie theatre. i bought Bose headphones, they don't work as well. These are priced on the high side though.
