Missing charger and connected to somebody else’s iCloud. Clearly not ‘excellent’ condition.

NEVER GOT THEM AND BEST BUY DOESNT WANT TO REPLACE

I actually don't have any negatives about this. I'm honestly okay with the carrying case and the battery life seems to be pretty decent. It's good enough to where I'm going to sell my Hifiman Anandas and my JDS Labs Atom Stack. Does the Hifiman sound better? Absolutely, but it's not worth the extra amount of money and the AirPods are just so portable. I've also owned the Sony WH-1000XM4, Sennheiser Momentum 2 and Momentum 3. I like the sound quality of this over the other pairs. It's just a lot of fun to listen to. Makes me forget about my Anandas. Spatial Audio is just okay but once they tune it correctly, I think it could be pretty amazing. Best sounding Bluetooth headphones. I also find these to be extremely comfortable. Normal head size and there was no fatigue or discomfort after 4 hours of use. No condensation like some other users.

I’ve only had these for a couple of days but I love them so much! I’m a college student and I have neighbors who don’t know how to tell their kids to shut up these kids bang on the doors it’s so annoying so having these headphones has made my life so easy you cannot hear these kids for anything the noise canceling is really good!!! Overall they’re really comfortable they do get a little uncomfortable over a period of time but that’s any headphones, when you listen to music or look at shows it feels like your in a movie theater, the battery lasts so long for me I’m usually doing work for hours everyday and they still haven’t died on me if you have the money I honestly recommend these

High price not really worth it in the end hood sound but not $500 sound I returned this item won’t buy again

Have to bring these back problems with them after a couple months and it was a gift for my daughter. She’s not very happy.

Not worth a single penny. On an iPhone, listening to Apple Music and I just switched a song and it took a 15+ min to get to switch back from the phone speaker to the headphones… unacceptable for $400+ headphones

If they could how a charge it would be nice. I charge them and when I go to use them they won’t connect or battery is gone. Definitely expected more for the price!

I bought this as a gift for someone else my opinion on it they look like earmuffs for winter. Not for me

Honestly it’s not what I thought , unfortunately I have to returned them , I think their is something missing for a better quality of sound it needs more base

People can hear your music when you have them on. So you really can’t turn up Your music without someone listening.

They sound good (Not Great) also if your trying to have a phone conversation the other people can barely hear me and they’re not even sweat proof for that Crazy Price. So Many other better options.

less than a year and they broke. Don't have apple care so i guess I'm out of luck

I’m so regretted about this product! 1- too expensive 2- 30 days exactly the battery died in minutes without use. 3- pairing trouble After all this issues I have to go to apple store and I have to buy the apple care because after the repairs you can’t have it. $$$$ The sound it’s good!

I loved the sound quality and noise cancellation. Only one thing I didn’t like is turning off your airpods. Sometimes i think airpod pro are still on in there case when i put them

They stop charging, you can’t hear on a call. Pink is not a pink color at all!!!
