Great sound quality and fit. A little heavier than some comparable models. Ridiculously easy to connect to multiple Apple devices and change back and forth.

Right noise cancellation stopped working after 2 weeks.

They break down this is my second time I go back to the store and get a new one. It’s a lot money for something breaking down very easily

They died right away they wouldn’t charge to 100% percent had to exchange them hopefully the new ones are better

Headphones are just okay for the price. Also, Best Buy has the worst customer service. I recommend if you buy these, to get them from another store.

Headphones don’t work cut out and lose Bluetooth connection from cellular device. Had apple check the headphones and they returned them saying they are okay.

Brought 2 the other one was fake open box purchase

Noise cancellation is excellent, and they are quite comfortable (even over new piercings, which is a huge win!). They do feel heavy after a while, so they're not ones that I would wear ALL day, but I find that during the workday they're great. Wish there was a little more customization available for the sound/noise cancellation, but not a deal breaker for me. Worth the wait!

These headphones gave me a massive headache when i wore them because of how heavy they are! I do not recommend them. Bose 45 are cheaper and same quality.

If you're looking for a sign to get these, this is it. I bought these saturday after a long debate (cmon apple the price is insane) and had a root canal today and if you know you know. I couldn't hear a thing! not the drill, not the endodontist, nothing! The noise canceling on these is chef's kiss! I LOVE THEM. They charge fast and fit perfect. The sound quality is top notch!

The title says it - the open box AirPods Max were already registered, and not just open box. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this sale.

Amazing at blocking out noise but for the price the comfortability is just not there. A tight fit around the head.

They work and sound good; for a while. Condensation builds up and we think contributed to a malfunction; popping noise. We're taking them back.
