Four weeks and I had to take them into the Apple store the right side stop working I’m very disappointed

Amazing sounds quality. I got these to block out sound wind ei work from home and share the home office. They get the job done and they battery life is great.

I got these for my daughter for Christmas and i cant wait for her to open them! I had a great experience at the Irving location purchasing my item!

I had to return these as they gave me a headache. They also made my ears sweat. They are good with sound quality but build is not great. I ordered the Bose.

Some features are not working . Wouldn’t recommend

DO NOT BUY OPEN BOX !! Not unless you don’t mind going back & forth to Best Buy to have them exchanged. Went through three different pairs and all were connected to last owner Apple ID which means they can track them (YOU) whenever & wherever you’re using them. Customer Service won’t help just let you return them so don’t waste your time & money.

Love these. Probably overpriced for sure. But it’s like paying extra for a Gucci bag. You absolutely don’t need it, it’s a fashion statement.

Great sound quality and noise cancellation but VERY heavy and gave me major headaches and jaw pain. Will be returning but if you can handle the weight they are great.

Great color, sound and quality. The price was the lowest I found anywhere. The noice cancellation and transparency mode is great.

I wanted to love these but they're too heavy and the ear phones from the noise cancelation gave me headaches and made me feel like my head swelled up to the point that the headband was hurting my head.

Gor the price you would think these would have anazing noise cancellation like the airpod pro earbuds. The noise cancellation isnt all to great but the sound quality is crisp and defined, and not loud like beats which I honestly prefer.

We have had to visit Bestbuy 4 times to have these airpods fixed. They get to a point where they will not charge and they won’t turn on very often.

Was only able to use these for a week before one side of them didn’t produce any sound so now I have to turn them in to get repaired which is a bummer. I tried over 20 times to reset it and nothing has helped fix the issue with the sound.

The headphones have a great color. The package is complete including the charger and the protective case. Good buy.

Great sound, but I can’t use them often I got a “bubbly” sound for days after & the fabric soaks up all of the sweat kind of gross

It feels like something is pulling on my ears. I don’t like how only one side of the earphone seems to work.

I purchased an open box for my son and when we open the box on xmax it was a fake headphone in the box, still waiting for my refund, watch out for open box someone is putting replicas in the box and taking the real one

Overpriced for what they are probably just because of the apple brand attached. But the sound is great and active noise cancelling is fantastic. I would wait for a V2 of these bad boys I’m sure is coming soon.
