I just can’t believe just what Apple has accomplished with these headphones. First of all, I’ll admit to being a bit of an audiophile snob when it comes to headphones. I own or have owned many of the best wired headphones over the last couple of decades. I never thought Bluetooth could satisfy me when it comes to audio. But convenience and mobility have become more important to me as the iPhone has become central to my daily existence. I’ve had the Apple Air Pros 2 in ears for a couple of years and they are marvels in their own right, once you find the right tips, but their comfort level within my ears becomes suspect with prolonged listening sessions. I still wear them to workout but I I started returning to my wired cans and mobile DAC/Amps for music. Alas, that is not very mobile and not immediately convenient at all. When moving about and doing chores or working my wired setups are just bulky. So when I saw these AirPod Pro Maxes on sale I said what the heck I ordered them on a whim. I had been reading that they were essentially the same as the newest versions with only the cable having been changed to USB-C. For only $400, still a bit steep but better then 25%of their normal price, I felt comfortable giving them a try. Man am I glad I did. These headphones sound far better than I ever imagined they could. The noise cancellation is top class and the bass is incredible and the overall sound is so wonderfully balanced. I’ve been using them several hours a day and the battery life is astounding. They are far easier to switch between devices with than the buds and they just work! I love them. Apple just gets things right. I only trust a couple of companies any more and Best Buy and Apple are at the top of the list! Bravo everyone!!!

Mortified! I bought this early so I would have it for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened them Christmas morning they were dirty. As in black soot and spots on the ear pads. We did our best to clean them. Then when she tried to pair them they were registered to someone else. Unbelievable! I can’t even contain my disappointment.

they sold me airpods still on another persons apple ID now it says that they can see my location and i can’t use them unless this person removes them from their icloud. highly do not recommend buying used.

I was thrilled to find these at a discounted price as an open box product. They looked brand new and have performed flawlessly. The sound quality is incredible, and they proved their worth during a 6-hour flight. Active noise cancellation was outstanding, and battery life was never an issue. If you're part of the Apple ecosystem and willing to invest, this is an excellent purchase. .

The AirPods Max deliver a warm, slightly V-shaped sound signature with good bass and mids, but the treble can be polarizing due to its peakiness, which may cause fatigue. Finally made the jump to buy these as a gift to myself for my birthday as i have been using the studio beats as my everyday go to whether its for the gym, out on walks or doing simple stuff around the house and the Airpods Max completely win with sound quality, ANC and comfort. They do have some weight to them but dont really mind it or even notice it when using them for long periods of time. I do use these at the gym and invested in some silicone covers for the headband and ear cushions which did not affect sound quality at all since these are not Sweat proof its a good way of taking care of them along with that applecare+ id highly recommend getting these

These headphones were a big splurge for me but since I saw they were on sale I decided to go for it. They aren’t as noise cancelling as I wish they were for home use but it makes them more practical to wear outside in different surroundings. The speakers are decent and I think they’re rather comfortable but it’s always a preference with that sort of thing. I’d say if they’re on sale go for it but if not then I’d pass.

I was looking for headphones that would not hurt my ears like most over the ear headphones. The size of the speakers really did that for me, my ears fit within the speakers really nicely, I can wear these for hours and not develop ear pain like i used to. I got these as an open box purchase and they came basically brand new, but I was able to save some money on them. The only “downfall” is that they are always on, even in the Smart Case they go into sleep mode but don’t turn off so battery life is being drained even when they are not being used. At the end of the day you are paying for the brand though and I know they are not for everyone so I highly recommend going into a store and being able to try them on before committing to the price tag.

This are the best headphones I have ever purchased. I would definitely recommend! This color is beautiful, but all the colors are. They’re pricey but so worth it. This was a huge investment for me but I don’t regret it.

If you're looking for a sign to get these, this is it. I bought these saturday after a long debate (cmon apple the price is insane) and had a root canal today and if you know you know. I couldn't hear a thing! not the drill, not the endodontist, nothing! The noise canceling on these is chef's kiss! I LOVE THEM. They charge fast and fit perfect. The sound quality is top notch!

I am a big apple fan and these headphones were all that was missing from my collection! I love them the sound quality is wonderful although I do think the noise cancellation could be better I am very happy with my purchase!!

definitely a splurge-buy, considering the price. but the experience is absolute luxury. i love the sound quality and comfort. they are rather heavy, but i got used to the weight fairly quickly. the color is great, as is the overall feel. i especially enjoy that i can switch from anc to transparency mode with ease! of course, there are many great headphones to choose from nowadays at half the cost; however, if you find a good deal/have the money to spend, i say give it a go.

The sage green color is cute and the sound quality is up to par. The ear cups can get dirty pretty easily but they can be removed to be cleaned so it's not that big of a deal. The noise cancellation is crazy good but the only thing is it does start to give minor headaches after a few hours of nonstop wearing. Transparency mode is my personal favorite to use as headaches are non-existent and it allows you to still be aware of your surroundings.

I really enjoy my new headphones, the sounds quality is amazing and I have multiple Apple devices and the seamless transition is amazing, spacial audio is amazing and so is the noise control. I use the NC when my family is being annoying, all of a sudden I can’t hear them

Perfect gift for my wife. The sound quality is fantastic, the noise cancelling and hear through works well also. I do not own any apple products but this thing syncs to her phone and iPad seamlessly. Little pricey but totally enjoyable. Like Flossy says: On a scale of 1-10, these are a Major Major go.

Great headphones. Exactly what I was looking for. The sound canceling on these actually work…not to mention they are easy to pair with your iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Best Buy made it easy to purchase and the price was comparable. I received excellent service from Best Buy and will purchase items from them in the future!
