I recently purchased the Apple AirPods Max from Best Buy, and I’ve been using them daily for a variety of tasks including listening to music, attending online meetings, and occasionally watching movies. What impressed me the most is the sound quality. The audio is crisp, clear, and well-balanced, making every genre of music a pleasure to listen to. The noise cancellation feature is top-notch, effectively blocking out background noise and allowing me to focus on my tasks. Likes: 1. I’ve been using the AirPods Max for a few months and I really enjoy them. The sound is clear and detailed, and the bass hits without overpowering the mids or highs. The build feels solid and comfortable for long listening sessions, and the noise cancellation actually makes a noticeable difference in busy environments. Surprised my wife with these and she loved them. Uses them daily while working and even to watch TV after I fall asleep. The noise cancelling is top tier. The headset adjusts height for a comfortable fit. Very, extremely, happy I chose this as her birthday gift.

Only recommend if it’s not going to put a dent in you dropping $500+ on these. Bought these as a gift for my wife and she loves them, however she’s been having some issues with them randomly disconnecting from her phone and whatever she’s listening to just starts playing abnormally loudly off her phone. Also goes in and out of awareness mode randomly. I’m actually at Best Buy seeing the geek squad about fixing them. Hopefully they’re under warranty, being a $575 purchase I would think they’d last at least a few years before having issues. Bought my first car in 1998 for less $ than that and it lasted 14 months. And that thing was a piece of s&@t!!

First let’s address the elephant in the room. $600 for a pair of headphones is pricey. It took me about 1-2 weeks before I finally convinced myself that the price can be justified after reading up on the reviews. These earphones are seriously impressive. I also have the AirPod pros, and the noise cancellation on these is like x5 as good as the pros. Beautifully crafted and nice premium feel. My only gripe is that you cannot adjust the length of the flex band. I was actually shocked when I first put them on and thought maybe I was missing something. After a few days, the earphones adjusted to my head size (I have a big head), but even still putting them on are uncomfortable at first. The sound quality and noise cancellation is honestly worth the trouble and price though, so as long as you are not sacrificing your rent or bills for them, definitely put these on your must buy list.

These headphones are amazing the sound cancellation, the lightweight feeling of them, and the overall design made my daughter very happy. My daughter also customized them with some cute covers.She loves all her Apple products. I literally go broke on her because of her expensive taste.

Snatched these bad boys up before Christmas on sale $170.00 off. I also have the AirPods Pro 2, but even without all the features of the smaller AirPods Pro 2 which is great, the AirPods Max kinda blows away the Pros when it comes to Sound, Highs, Lows, Mid’s, Bass, and Noise cancellation. The gesture controls are simplified on these headphones. Only one complaint kinda. I, wanted the Blue color headphones, but I waited too long to pull the trigger on these. However, I equally enjoy the Silver headphones, and now I have no regrets. Is it worth it at $549.00 nope not for me, but if you have the money maybe. You’ll enjoy these much better if you can find these on sale over the USB-C headphones. I, have an old Apple lightning to 3.5 jack which works with these headphones. I, don’t think that Apple has made a USB-C to 3.5 cable as yet, but there is a cable for the lightning version of these headphones. Remember I have the old jack that came with the iPhone 8. I bought mines separately, and Apple even claims on their website that it works with the AirPods Max. $549.00 vs. $379.00, and now I can only find the Lightning version of these headphones for $399.99 still worth it. I really recommend these headphones which are premium built to anyone who can afford them especially on sale. These also auto connect with anything Apple as soon as I start listening from the next device, awesome!

Bought these for my girlfriend as a valentines day present. I would recommend not getting white if you plan on going to the gym with them. But other than that its amazing and shes used them every day for almost 2 years now

I always to buy the AirPods Max to try it, since I was pretty amazed by the AirPods pro 2 ( which is still my go to earphones). But the price of AirPods Max was always too expensive for me. So I bought the Sony XM4 and those were pretty good but not outstanding for my listening preferences. And then one day I saw the AirPods Max on discount and so I immediately bought it to try it. And as I expected, they are astonishing . The spatial audio, noise cancellation, transparency mode - everything is perfect. Yes it has few demerits, like the case doesn’t cover the entire headphones, there is no button to switch it off and is heavier than the other headphones in same price range. But you get used to those little imperfections pretty soon, cause you start loving immersive audio that has an outstanding sound stage. And so I returned the Sony XM4 and still use the AirPods Max everyday for indoor use. For outdoors and my workouts - I still use my AirPods pro 2 - since they are sweat resistant. In summary, I would recommend every Apple user to give the AirPods Max a chance and I’m certain that you’ll also be amazed as I’m till this day - whenever I put my AirPods Max on.

Best wireless over ear headphones available I absolutely LOVE these headphones, they’re by far the best overear headphones you can buy-especially if you own/use them with an Apple device. They’re absolutely top quality headphones that any audiophile would love and appreciate, and they’re also absolutely gorgeous and beautifully designed, as all Apple products are. I love the range of colors available as well. One of the biggest, most stand out features of these aside from the excellent sound quality is their exceptional noise cancellation. These have THE best noise cancellation of any headphone on the market, regardless of price. No matter how loud and busy the world around you is, once you turn on noise canceling, it completely shuts the world out and lets you enjoy perfect silence or allows you to listen to your music or watch videos/movies without any background noise affecting and disturbing you. I also like the controls on the headphones themselves, as it’s very simple and intuitive. There’s a dedicated button just for the noise canceling and transparency modes as well as a small dial similar to what’s on Apple Watches that controls volume as well as play/pause, skip/next track and previous track, and also allows you to summon Siri as well as answer or decline and end calls (you also can do all call and text functions by voice, as well as Siri reading out incoming texts to you) these headphones also work with Apples spatial audio and head tracking, which can be turned on/off any time, but it unfortunately is a feature only available when used with an Apple device, and one other cool feature only available with Apple devices is the Find My feature, which allows you to be able to always see where your headphones are on a map in the event you lose them, so it helps make sure you’re never going to lose these and always be able to find them, which is an awesome feature. The final Apple exclusive feature is the way that it connects to your device; you just place your device near the headphones and it automatically pops up on there and connects, making it extremely simple, easy, and fast. It also never ever loses its connection ever, regardless of how long you use them. But it’s just as simple and easy to connect to non Apple devices as any other Bluetooth headphone; you just turn on Bluetooth and hold down a button on the headphones to put it in pairing mode and then connect it to your device and its paired. The battery life on these are excellent as well, lasting for up to ~25 hours on a full charge when using full noise cancellation and near full volume. They’re also very comfortable to wear, with nice soft earcups made from comfy memory foam material and an extra soft headband with thin mesh material inside it to allow full airflow and prevents any sort of sweating like a leather headband would. Best Buy also offers 3 month trials of Apple Music/TV/News whenever you buy these, which is an awesome added bonus. They also have the cheapest price on these and often times will have them on sale for even cheaper-so if you see them and they’re on sale I highly suggest buying them before that sale ends! But in the unlikely event you find these for cheaper at another store or website, Best Buy will price match them-even if you’ve already bought them and then later notice they’re cheaper somewhere else, which is what I did when I bought these.

I have been meaning to grab these since they’ve come out but I was hesitant due to the price. Welp I caved this year and bought myself an early Xmas gift and it was def worth the wait. I am someone big on aesthetic so to say the least they are so cute and fashionable and give that sort of 70s-60s aesthetic that I love!!! Alright sound quality now …. Oufff off the charts the noise cancellation is scaryyy (in a good way) and I use it mostly when I am studying to tune everything out or if I’m eating and watching a show on my phone. The bass is great as well, and not like other headphones that literally vibrate for the bass IYKYK. The only downside is that I doesn’t have a case but the charging case that is not really protective, however I’ve placed them in the charging case in my book bag several times and there are no scratches or scuffs on them . Also you can buy a protective case from Amazon or Temu for the low low. Last but not least I love the fact the ear covers are magnetic/ detachable which is great when cleaning them. Just get them!!!

The sound and build quality is top notch! It blows beats by Dre out of the water. I think apple is trying to go after the audiophiles with their first attempt at luxury headphones. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s about $150.00 overpriced. The headphones are advertised as $550.00 dollars, but with tax I paid $601.00. Their are better headphones at this price point. Everyone compares Sonys XM0004, but it’s not a fair comparison. You can find the Sonys for $350.00 or less. Apple’s true competitors are the $500 dollars or more price point. No headphone maker can compete with AirPod Max’s craftsmanship. However, I’ve heard better sound from headphones at the $1000 price point. Also, the carrying purse for the cans is a horrible idea. Also, these headphones cannot be used for working out at the gym or going for a run. The sweat will damage the ear cups and flop around on your head. It’s strictly for comfort listening!

They are amazing, I’ve had them for over a year and they still work great! I use them for the gym, to go on hikes and they still feel and look brand new. Just the aesthetic that they give says enough!!

I tried Open Box item for the first time and was really surprised, I would say they're 98% as good as new (of course it's on your luck too). The packaging was good, came in an official Airpods box with Best Buy tapes on the sides with Open Box logo. On the inside the Airpods looked almost new, except the headband had turned slightly yellow because the headphones were used for 15-20 days by the previous owner (disadvantage of getting white or bright colors). The warranty can also be checked on Apple's website and you'll probably get more than 11 months coverage. And of course about the Airpods: the sound quality is top notch especially when you have Apple Music and you turn on the lossless audio mode. At this price, I don't think any other headphones come close. Conclusion: For $100 off compared to buying a brand-new product the trade-off is very minimal, and I would highly recommend going for these, I mean logically you pay $400 for the new ones and you pay $300 for these which are almost as good as new, so why not?

The most noticeable thing (besides the price tag), is the build quality. After taking off my Sony XM4s and putting these on, the build quality is excellent. They feel premium and they are comfortable (once you find the right spot on your head). The lack of an included cable was only frustrating for me because I use a Windows desktop for work and wanted to plug them in. Easy to just buy the cable. For anyone looking for true wireless, the lack of a cable is irrelevant. Sound quality is on par with Sony’s. I’m not an audiophile, but for me there’s a noticeable difference in the mids. Sounds less “muddy.” The Digital Crown is perfect, wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s easy and convenient, don’t have to hope you’re touching invisible touch buttons. I would highly recommend.

Initially, I was put off by the price. However, within an hour of putting these on my head, I didn’t want to ever take them off. I’m pretty sure if I leave them on in the shower it won’t be covered by AppleCare. The sound is epic. They’re pretty comfortable on my giant noggin and elephant ears. Unlike those I’ve had previously the Apple specific features like directional sound are pretty dadgum cool. The noise canceling works better than any I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve tested dozens of noise canceling headsets over the years. The ease of use is right up there against all Apple products with crown is easy to adjust for volume and command, and the other button can be conveniently assigned all in all I really don’t wanna take these off and still I must go take a shower. Wish me luck.
