They sound great, and functionality is amazing. However, being that I purchased an “open box” pair in “excellent” condition I am very disappointed in the fact that they had a smell. The headphones smelled of sweat and cologne, I would hope that before Best Buy tries to resell a product, they would at least sanitize/check them before sending them out to another customer.

Battery life is great, and the noise cancellation function is incredible. I love that you can go from hearing absolutely nothing from the outside world to having a full conversation with the click of a button. They do get a little warm / humid, especially when out in the hot sun, but I would expect this is a pretty common issue with over ear style earphones.

They’re also heavier than anticipated, and hold a charge well. The case is the only thing that’s not so great.. I’m hoping for better options on Amazon.

Transaction with Best Buy was great as well!

I tried these on and Immediately purchased them. They’re comfortable and the sound is amazing. My husband listens to the tv too loud and this has been so helpful when I am working in my home office
