Giving 4 stars because the lack of an aux cable is really disappointing. Because of this, I can’t test with game consoles or PC.

They are a little heavy so no I wouldn't recommend using them for exercise or the gym. The seem very durable but the cups can get scratched easily. I have seen some silicon covers that I am going to try. Since you can't turn them off, have to watch the power level. I don't use mine every day so if I am thinking about sitting out back to watch a movie on my iPad, I need to check them in advance to see what the power level is at. Its great how they will automatically switch devices depending on where they are needed. I was watching a movie on my iPad with them, phone rang, it automatically switched over for my phone call. All in all great set of headphones, just a few things to keep in mind.
