Beware of Best Buy open box.

Best Buy advertises that all the parts are there and are in working order. Well whoever purchased this and returned it decided to replace the charger with a very old apple cord which doesn’t fit on the air max. As a result there is no way Best Buy checked to ensure that all the parts are in working order. They also would not do anything regarding that. This has happened before when buying products in Best Buy (fraud department got involved with fake computer parts being returned). Customer service wasn’t able to send me a cord.

Sound good but uncomfortable

The clamping force is tight and the headband puts a lot of pressure on the head. Returned them because I won't be able to use them for long periods of time.
