They're my fave headphones and I've all apple wireless headphones. I use older pods for work, my pros in my purse and my max for at home. If I decide to carry a backpack purse I'll take my max if I'm going to be somewhere I'll need headphones. I will say if you don't place them in a comfortable position they may take some getting used to. I only say this because sometimes I wear I high bun and it gets in the way. Of course if you don't wear that hairstyle you won't have this issue. Once in hot weather while cleaning my ears were a little hot but now I just simply don't use them if its too hot. Sound and style I love. I do wish the case protected the headband though. Definitely have the best sound out of all apple headphones in my opinion. I recommend these headphones.

Love them I wear them to workout I got silicone covers for the ear part so they don’t get sweaty and they stay on while I working out. I love the noise cancellation when it is on and you put the volume up it’s pretty loud. Love the look. They are a little heavy but I am use to it now. Pricey but worth it.

VERY NICE! Great quality the sound is amazing! I love the transparency as well as the noise cancellation! Stays put on my head does not really move and the dial is very useful! Highly recommended!

5 stars bc they are beautiful audio but they suck for phone calls and in the beginning but the longer you have them and break them in they are 100% luxury listening and they are good for the bus the train etc good for 15 minute breaks 30-1 hour lunch breaks ignoring your coworkers you get the point it has almost a week of a break in period they suck at staying on your head if you have a fro they are designed for people as bald as Steve Jobs or short haired like Tim Cook even then you gotta be bald for it to not slip off your head man or woman whatever you are there’s only 2 genders besides that I listen to whatever unless it’s bad bunny drake and j Cole the Dolby atmos is beautiful for The Weeknd’s songs K.Dot’s good for classic music frank sinatra you get the point just a fallout 4 and 76 radio station Johnny cash everyone classic music you can think of they give you that lightweight beautiful feel and compliments from people that wear those uncomfortable AirPods as so they say

Pros - super comfortable, lightweight feeling. Fast connection as soon as wearing it. Great sound cancellation and good quality sound. Cons - I feel the battery dies a little faster than I expected even after charging all night.

The mesh band on the headband, it will sag after extensive use. Ultimately making the rubber coated metal bars resting on your head, eventually causing it to feel uncomfortable if used for long periods. Other than that, the connectivity is seamless, sound is great, and it just looks so awesome overall! -1 star for the one problem I’ve had, but i would definitely recommend if you have the spare cash, or if you just wanna flex and show off you have the AirPods Max and a big part of the Apple Ecosystem! Your call…i love mine!

First, I am 69 years old. I narrowed down my headphone purchase to the AirPods Max or the Sony WH-1000XM5. I headed to the store to compare them. I immediately liked how the AirPods felt on my head; cushiony, secure, with wide, comfortable headband that felt undetectable. The Sony XM5 felt too plasticy. The ear pads were too close on my ears. The headband was narrow and bothered my head. I decided on the AirPods which had to be ordered as no blue in stock. I paired them with my iPhone and LG OLED TV. I always have them on because I can understand better with them (think hearing aid). Always use them when I vacuum. Great noise cancellation, almost perfect. Love the music. The case is fine. I charge them when they get low. Be careful when flattening the ear pads as they bang together when putting in and out of case.

Literally brand new when I bought it, sound quality is amazing and feels like you have pillows on your ears, after having them for a year, they are still amazing and I would recommend to buy these ones here instead of buying new ones to save a little bit of money!!

These are so good and very noise cancelling! They have just the right amount of volume and I love the color! They charge really fast and takes forever for them to die! Proud to say this is the best purchase i have ever made!!!

I find myself wishing I could turn up the volume even more. Comparing it to the Beats by Dre, the AirPods Max is definitely superior, but the price is hard to justify. Additionally, the over-ear design is comfortable even for my XXL head, but it tends to make me feel hot after extended use. One of the standout features is the seamless integration with Apple products. I only had to add the AirPods Max to my Mac once, and it automatically became available on my other devices when they were in proximity. A notable experience was when I was using the headphones on my Mac and received a phone call on my iPhone. Surprisingly, my iPhone allowed me to answer the call directly on the AirPods Max, enhancing convenience. However, there is one disappointment: the Max did not provide the same level of integration with non-Apple devices. It would have been great to have that seamless connectivity across different platforms. Another aspect worth mentioning is the battery life. Hi, I’m an average 9 to 5 consumer who likes apple as much as the next guy. I had a tax return to spend and a noggin full of ideas. I was on thin ice with the AirPods Max and it seemed like everyone else was too. To get to the point these headphones are amazing if you get a chance to test them in store please do and you will understand what makes them so great. The noise canceling alone was enough to make me buy them. If you are concerned about the weight it’s really now bad at all. Unless your neck is made of like sand or something. Back to the point if you find these below $500 buy them up as quick as you can.

I have owned Bose QC3, 700, Sennheiser PXC550, Sony XM3 and I am glad I gave AirpodsMax a shot. It (to my ears) are the best of the lot when it comes to wireless headphones. Back in the days, when anybody tried on BOSE QC3, they used to go "wow". After that, things have been "similar" for the most part. Sony XM3s was the next "wows". But this - takes it to a different level. The whole experience - build quality, ease of use, comfort, noise cancellation, transparency mode - is simply awesome. yes 550$ is steep. I had BBuy credits accumulated and I just used it all for this and I have no regrets. I will plan to purchase different color ear cushions once they are available for purchase. The magnetic hold for the ear Cushions are really cool as those are what get spoilt first over time. Extremely easy to remove and put back. The ear cups (not just cushions), also detach with a SIM card ejection tool if someone really wants to do that. I have had these on for many hours and no issues. It seamlessly connects to my apple devices and switches from one to another seamlessly. The Audio quality is astounding. Every single detail is crystal clear and the sound feels "wider" when compared to other headphones. No doubt these are expensive, but I'd rather purchase one exceptional then two mediocres . These headphones were and are my favorite purchase of last year and I am really happy that I own these pairs of headphones. First of all, there are aesthetically pleasing and thank God I bought the dark collar so it matches with my wardrobe. Also, you can’t really see if it gets dirty. I wear these headphones every day at home if I want to zoom out or at public transportation helps me be in my peace and especially I love the worthies during my workouts and winter time because this is a must have!

The last ear phones I will have!!! The sound quality is superb!!! Comfortable ear pads that is excellent at noise reduction and well constructed with easy connectivity. These headphones are worth the price if you are an audiophile and want luxury that is easy to use.

I absolutely LOVE these headphones, they’re by far the best overear headphones you can buy-especially if you own/use them with an Apple device. They’re absolutely top quality headphones that any audiophile would love and appreciate, and they’re also absolutely gorgeous and beautifully designed, as all Apple products are. I love the range of colors available as well. One of the biggest, most stand out features of these aside from the excellent sound quality is their exceptional noise cancellation. These have THE best noise cancellation of any headphone on the market, regardless of price. No matter how loud and busy the world around you is, once you turn on noise canceling, it completely shuts the world out and lets you enjoy perfect silence or allows you to listen to your music or watch videos/movies without any background noise affecting and disturbing you. I also like the controls on the headphones themselves, as it’s very simple and intuitive. There’s a dedicated button just for the noise canceling and transparency modes as well as a small dial similar to what’s on Apple Watches that controls volume as well as play/pause, skip/next track and previous track, and also allows you to summon Siri as well as answer or decline and end calls (you also can do all call and text functions by voice, as well as Siri reading out incoming texts to you) these headphones also work with Apples spatial audio and head tracking, which can be turned on/off any time, but it unfortunately is a feature only available when used with an Apple device, and one other cool feature only available with Apple devices is the Find My feature, which allows you to be able to always see where your headphones are on a map in the event you lose them, so it helps make sure you’re never going to lose these and always be able to find them, which is an awesome feature. The final Apple exclusive feature is the way that it connects to your device; you just place your device near the headphones and it automatically pops up on there and connects, making it extremely simple, easy, and fast. It also never ever loses its connection ever, regardless of how long you use them. But it’s just as simple and easy to connect to non Apple devices as any other Bluetooth headphone; you just turn on Bluetooth and hold down a button on the headphones to put it in pairing mode and then connect it to your device and its paired. The battery life on these are excellent as well, lasting for up to ~25 hours on a full charge when using full noise cancellation and near full volume. They’re also very comfortable to wear, with nice soft earcups made from comfy memory foam material and an extra soft headband with thin mesh material inside it to allow full airflow and prevents any sort of sweating like a leather headband would. Best Buy also offers 3 month trials of Apple Music/TV/News whenever you buy these, which is an awesome added bonus. They also have the cheapest price on these and often times will have them on sale for even cheaper-so if you see them and they’re on sale I highly suggest buying them before that sale ends! But in the unlikely event you find these for cheaper at another store or website, Best Buy will price match them-even if you’ve already bought them and then later notice they’re cheaper somewhere else, which is what I did when I bought these. I noticed a week later they were $40 cheaper on Amazon and I provided the proof to a team member on an online chat and they immediately adjusted my price for these to match that sale price. It was really cool how they did that for me and made my overall experience with buying these even better than it already was.
