Nice comfortable head bad, earcups are big and fit well. But the best thing about airpods max is the transparency mode, its best in the class and the best available in the market by some distance.

All of the audiophiles splitting hairs with comparisons to corded monstrosities hooked up to bulky and expensive equipment can keep what they have. I wanted a wireless, noise cancelling, well-designed pair of headphones and Apple delivered!

Bought this for work and also because it blends well with my apple eco system. I can pair across multiple devices and it switches to call with ease. It has a good air cancellation and the sound quality is really good. Compared to Bose qc 45.

Solid headphones with some impressive dynamic range. I do wish they fit a bit better while wearing a skully. Overall very pleased with battery life and its sleek design. Smart case is just a leather case but a neat accessory for putting them in a bag or luggage.

The build quality of the headphones are indisputable and the sound quality is amazing. The headphones are heavier then most but manageable. The price is a bit steep but I bought an excellent condition open box pair and saved a lot of money. It was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Great headphones, fits well on all head sizes from adult to kids. The sound quality is amazing, they are kind of expensive but you get what you pay for and in my opinion, worth the price!

My daughter loves these for walking on campus so class! Very comfortable and the noise cancelling is important for studying. I would buy one for myself!

Amazing audio quality, pass-through sound, and noise cancelling. I have tried all the major high end wireless headphones, and found this to be the most enjoyable. The Sony XM5 is lighter, the Bose may beat it out on comfort and noise cancelling, but the AirPods Max works seamlessly between all Apple devices, is built very well, and has the absolute best sound quality and balance. It's like a new world when paired with quality lossless audio.

Purchased on sale which is what finally caused me to buy and glad I did. Had no doubts on the quality; it’s an Apple product, but these feel very premium with no plastic. Sound quality is very high for iTunes tracks including Lossless, but particularly for Dolby Atmos songs which can be hit or miss, but come with a wider soundstage. These will not work with Hi-Res audio tracks, but trust that you won’t care to notice. The excellent sound is more obvious when listening to Dolby Atmos movies, so these headphones are great for home theater listening. Action movies will pop! AirPods Max are at the top of the consumer headphones space. I do think audiophiles must admit the sound is very good, but these are not for studio recording and that shouldn’t be an expectation. Sure, you can drop $1000 on some wired audiophile cans, but that’s not the market for these. These are very expensive consumer headphones for sure, but if you catch a sale, they will not disappoint.

Headphones actually cancel out noises. It’s great for focusing, especially at the gym! The ear cushions are easy to remove and clean. This really helps to keep them odor-free. 10/10!

Really good sound and music quality. Works great in an apple eco system. When connected to an Apple TV, offers spatial audio feature too which is a theater like experience. Really good battery life too. I never used the protective case, tbh.
