    Quality are good but they are too heavy. Not sure why apple made some heavy headphones.

    Best headphones I ever paid for,sound quality is amazing.the battery last me for 4 days but that’s because I use them for like 3 hours a day

    Good customer service but I’m still waiting for my refund , although it was very easy to return and go through the whole process with the girl at the counter. Will definitely stop by again
