I am really happy with this purchase. If you are skeptical about the financial investment let me reassure you. I am a non traditional student pursuing another degree in the evenings while working full time. My wife and I both have full schedules, so the time we get together is precious. I don’t like hiding away in another room for one or two hours a day in order to focus on my studies. These headphones have allowed me to be around the living room after dinner and focus 100% on my work with no distractions. My wife can watch the television or listen to a podcast to wind down and we can still be in each other’s presence because the noise cancelling ability of these headphones is phenomenal. They travel well, they are aesthetically pleasing, they exceed expectations. I am a very happy customer and I think you will be too.

These headphones are worth it. Must get don’t think about it just do it. They connect to my Sony tv and has changed everything. I can now enjoy my tv while the baby sleeps.

Great sound quality and durability never miss place with buit in tracker

I bought these for both listening to music while I work as well as for video meetings. They have performed flawlessly both for integrating with all Apple products and quality of sound. The microphones are more than adequate for any type of call I've made. So why 4 stars and not 5? They are a bit heavy (though that could be a positive as they are well constructed). Still I wouldn't use these an entire day without taking them off. And oddly my biggest issue is that the controls are not as intuitive as I'd like. I say oddly as Apple is known for finessing this with all of their products (well except for the butterfly keyboard fiasco). Anyway, I'd like to see an ability to just double tap on the side of the ear cup to make things happen like play/pause, forward etc. So many competitors already do this! I did try out both Sony and Bose headphones before settling on these in spite of the design flaws. Again, nothing I tried compares for both quality and integration with Apple products. I keep saying that because I don't own anything other branded devices. I suppose they could work with other devices, but not integrate as well. I'd suggest Sony or Bose for other devices as they sound good too, but don't tie themselves to Apple.

Biught theae for my daughter some time ago and they are still working good. A bit pricey but woth it.

Airpods were great even after 2 years of everyday use. Have not had any issues!

Very good sound quality, was expecting noise cancellation to be a lot better but still good enough. Not worth it in 2024 though get airpod pros 2.

I work from home and already have Bose NC700, Apple Airpods Pro and several other headphones that I use for conference calls. I use the same for listening to music. The Airpods Max clearly has an edge on how the conference calls sound and the music definition is also more detailed. Overall I recommend this product even though the price is a bit high.

The great headphones and I love them however I don’t think they’re worth the hype. I initially bought them because I’ve heard so much good things about them but they’re about just as good as other high-quality headphones if I’m honest, they just look nicer.

Amazing headphones, bestbuy also did a price match at the time of purchase with the cheapest brand new ones I could find online. They work perfectly and was very strong and reliable.

Definitely not the quality I was expecting from an Apple product. Cons: These are heavy, bulky and sound is terrible. They the most transparent noise canceling head phones I’ve used so far. No one can hear me on these headphones. The music sound is ok. Pros: battery life and connectivity are great. Definitely go for Beats or Bose if you’re considering over ear headphones. The AirPods Max are subpar.

I REGRET NOTHING! As someone who loves to feel music pumping through my veins, these are the best noise-cancelling headphones. I use them 24/7.

I'm often fickle when it comes to headphones and was expecting a LOT from this set. I'm floored - these are phenomenal. They create a large, open soundstage with amazing detail across all of it. They capture the subtlety of a snare drum and symbols next to a piano (you can almost hear the keys pressed) and a dynamic singer all at once. They are THE standard for "luxury listening" and as close as you can get to audiophile quality without the need for external amp and impractical, open back headphones. I also like them in the "neutral" setting with no noise cancellation, just passive, which is a great feature. The negatives? The case is ridiculous (and useless for protection). Likewise, the price is eye watering; Had they not been on sale, I wouldn't have taken the plunge. Ultimately, so happy I bought these with a tinge of regret: they've ruined my other headphones as they come nowhere close!

This is my second set of Apple AirPods Max purchased from Best Buy that was open box and they are always in excellent condition. As always Best Buy and and Apple products are excellent.
