I love this product.. as a college student and a person that loves music.. i found myself singing a long to songs as I would walk to my classes. I kept asking my boyfriend if he was able to buy me some but he said that he couldn’t. Later that evening he came to my hosue and brought me the Headphones. I was so excited. When i went to school the next day i spent the whome entire time listening to the music that I love. Felt like i was missing this product my whole entire life! Just to be able to have the amazing company Best Buy to have tje perfect color and was able to get it the day of was anazing! Thank you best buy for your reliablity!

Very comfortable and great sound quality. Comes with carrying case which is nice. I love it! Would definitely recommend. It’s a bit pricey but worth it. You get what you pay for.

Let’s get it out of the way. The shelf price of these is just too much compared to some competitors. I bought my set open-box and burned my gift card stash to bring the cost down to a level I was happy with paying. Four stars instead of five just for the cost. That said, these are excellent headphones sound-wise and would get five stars if it were on sound alone! I’ve used them on an airplane and had one of the best travel listening experiences ever. The noise cancellation is amazing for that kind of situation and the Transparency feature lets in outside sounds just as well for when I expressly don’t want to tune out the world. I’m not an audiophile and don’t have a giant library of lossless recordings that I’m nitpicking but for everyday listening the sound is off the charts good. I’ll also say that you will probably want a nicer case than the one they come with. While it protects against scratches, that’s about it. For headphones this pricy, I wanted more protection. Bottom line? Great headphones, but try to buy them on sale.

Headphones were in great condition! The only thing I would say is a downside is that the mesh headband part of them is slightly loose because it is a used and refurbished pair. But other than that, everything is great.

These are the best sounding headphones I’ve ever bought. They have amazing noise canceling capabilities.

Literally my favorite headphones in the entire world!! I buy all of my technology from Best Buy. I think it’s the best the place to buy your technology lol no but I absolutely love these headphones. They are a must!

I think they are good headphones but it's up to you if you want to drop the money for them! I recommend viewing all your options before making this big purchase! To each their own is what I say!

I do t think I’ve found an apple product (other than my phone) that I’m more obsessed with. The auto is just insane. It’s like surround sound in my ears

Amazing sound quality! I am very impressed with these headphones. Bluetooth conection is seemless and instant, even with an Android phone. The only main downsides I've found is that mosture tends to condensate inside the headphones between the magnetic ear cups due to the aluminum build. This isn't so much of a problem because you can easily remove the magnetic ear cups and wipe down the moisture, but I do have concerns about the long term affects of the moisture build-up. The only other complaint I have is that you are required to buy a seperate $35 cord if you need to use these headphones wired, for video editing for example. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with the sound quality, noise cancelling, battery life, and overall comfort. I literally have been useing these for about a total of 13 hours a day everyday and never once ran out of battery durring use.

The noise cancellation is outstanding. The only difference between this a the "newer"model is the charging port. I have so many lightning cables laying around it doesn't matter. Nice way to save a couple hundred

Love these!! Sounds quality is amazing!! One thing I don’t like about it, is you cannot workout with these because they don’t have any ip eating for sweat.

They’re so cute, the sound quality is amazing, I love that I don’t need my phone for anything, I can pause/play and change song and volume with just a touch or turn of the crown on the headphones. They automatically connect to my phone as soon as I put them on which is so great, no fighting with apps or bluetooth to try and get them connected. They’re extremely fashionable and easy to clean, I’ve gotten so many compliments when wearing them.

I've had the AirPods Max for a couple weeks now. they do a lot of the great things that you expect from apple products. The set up is super simple and quick, just bring them next to you iPhone and you're basically done. They switch between your devices seamlessly. Take a call on your iPhone and they connect to your iPhone, play music on you iPad and they connect to your iPad. it just works. The sound is great and the spatial audio feature is absolutely insane for compatible apps. so why only 3 stars? i have two reasons, one of which i alluded to in my title. The noise cancelling is a little disappointing. Maybe I expect too much, but while background noises like the fishtank filter disappear completely, I can still hear a lot of things like the faint sounds of the TV. The noise is certainly muted, just not cancelled. the other issues I have is that background noises while I'm on calls are picked up very clearly and heard, more so than on AirPod Pro or AirPod original, at least thats what I'm told. When you factor in the price combined with these two concerns, it translates to a 3 star rating, despite how good entertainment sounds on the headset.
