They are not strong enough to stay on during an intense work out. Also the volume on them is not as expected. I was under the impression that they would be louder than the pros. Other then that, they are sturdy and feel very were constructed.

I do wish that the top part was a bit more green but this item is totally worth getting if you want a noice cancellation or even for workouts and walks

I must say it great quality in terms of sound and being sound proof however when doing workouts that require me to lay down it slides off my hears. However I use every day for work.
