I’m very happy with these. More than anything, the transparency (I hear better with them on… ask my wife) and noise canceling are the best I’ve experienced with any headphones. The sound quality will always be debatable, but for my ears, we’ll worth the price. The comfort is the best I’ve felt but since I’m only comparing it to what I’ve owned before (B&W, Sony, B&O) and my friend’s Bose QC, I can’t say you’ll have the same experience.

What a feel you get when you hold these in your hand and put them on your ears. They’re really what they are advertised. Quality has held well over these years. Battery life barely can tell they’re almost two years old. I love them! Ease of use and sound it’s perfect: only downside-I worry if they’d fall of if I were to make a sudden move, but they haven’t yet.

Phenomenal sound, excellent connectivity with all my Apple devices and very comfortable. The draw back is doing activities while manually adjusting sound either from a phone of the headphones themselves.

After 2 years of using these headphones I personally love them. The noise cancellation is great as well as the overall sound quality, and fit. I got them as a graduation gift and they’ve served me well almost every day since.

Heard mixed reviews about these but wanted to try them out for myself. Glad I did because I absolutely love them. The sound quality is excellent and the battery life lasts a few days with about 4-5 hours of use. The connectivity was an easy set up as well. While I do believe there are cheaper options out there, these definitely surpassed my expectations.

The best over ear headphones I have ever had. integrate seamlessly into the apple ecosystem. bought them for noise canceling at work in a loud office space, fully block out all noise. on an airplane cannot hear any of the normal hum of the aircraft and music comes in perfectly. Only have to charge them periodically with several hours of use per day

Well worth every single dollar, good material and technology. My wife loves it she says the noise cancelation is perfect and compares to no other headphones. They are super comfortable, batteries are very good and they last. Overall best product out there, I highly recommend these headphones. Thank you best buy for always having the latest gadgets.

Excellent headphones that quiets the world around you and only brings in the sounds you were intending to hear. A comfortable fit on your head and vuilt with quality. I highly recommend to purchase a totally brand new pair, I tried before one refurbished and was too difficult to pair with my iPhone, the best thing is that BestBuy made it so easy to switch’em. Pay the difference and that’s all. It totally worth this AirPods against other brands not just because the sounds but the noise cancellation, connectivity and it doesn’t feel heavy like others.

I f you do not have any Apple products I would not recommend because many features only work on Apple devices Pros 1. Pair flawlessly with Apple products 2. Noise cancellation is great 3. Exceptional call quality without a microphone arm 4. Most comfortable headphones I’ve had for long periods of use 5. Transparency mode is like you’re not wearing headphones 6. The control knob and bottom provides great feedback. I prefer these to touch controls without haptic feedback. Cons 1. They can’t automatically switch between a pc and iPhone 2. The case makes no sense. I am always worried that a pen or something will get stuck through the mesh when they are in my backpack 3. They are charged with a lightning port. 4. Expensive 5. The battery percentage does not display on a pc laptop Undetermined The spatial sound sometimes seems fake

These headphones are light and comfy to wear. They also have a long lasting battery. I was able to listen to music all day from one full charge. The noise cancellation is fantastic too! I live in NYC and for it to be able to cancel all the noise in the city is unreal! Even though the price is a bit expensive, the quality makes up for that. I recommend them to all who want to stay in the Apple ecosystem.

I use the AirPods Max almost daily for studying, traveling, and general everyday use, and they’ve been excellent. The sound quality is very clear and balanced, and the noise cancellation makes a huge difference when I’m in busy places or trying to focus. It helps me lock in while studying and enjoy music without distractions. They’re comfortable enough to wear for long periods, including during flights or long study sessions. Transparency mode is also really useful when I need to stay aware of my surroundings. I even use them lightly at the gym, and they stay secure and perform well. Overall, they feel premium, sound great, and fit smoothly into my daily routine. I’m very satisfied with them.

The sound quality us surprisingly well balanced and clear! The cushions feel comfy for long sessions as well! Battery lasts several hours and I've only had to charge them every 2 days or so.

I have been looking for good quality noise cancelling headphones to help me manage my hypersensitivities to sound. These have really good specs that help: noise cancelling function, transparency mode (that modulates sudden loud noises and mutes them down for you, even if you had noise cancelling turned off), a really good microphone for calls etc, and an incredibly durable frame with replaceable parts. The biggest downside I have found is that condensation builds inside of the headset very quickly. The headphones are not water resistant in any way, so this is troublesome if you have to wear for any length of time. If you remove the ear pad, the condensation looks like shiny black things around the components. The first time I saw it, I thought it may be some kind of adhesive. The common "fixes" found online are to avoid temperature disparities to prevent the metal casing from being a different temperature than the environment, don't use in humid places, and to let them dry out often. This basically means no one in any location can use them. Anywhere. Or wear them for anything more than 15-20 minutes at a go. I live in Alaska. Even used only inside, there are huge temperature differences that create condensation. The environment here is very dry, so that isn't a factor. Also, if you have a warm noggin, it'll condense. This is the biggest problem these headphones seem to have and I sincerely hope Apple makes them at least water resistant in the future because the build itself otherwise is a solid 10/10. The sound is also reaaaaally good for even those who are a bit more into how music sounds, let alone the average person's music needs. ALSO: these were purchased open-box from Best Buy. The condition was exactly as marked on the box. But they did have someone else paired to them (In their iCloud) and it wasn't removed prior to my purchasing them. I had to look up how to remove them from someone's account before I could pair them to my own setup. I'd recommend Best Buy look at that for other open-box resold items but beyond that, the experience and cost was great.
