Open Box Madness

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought these as an open box and I’m very disappointed. 1st- I ordered them online with same day pick up, when I arrived to Best Buy the manager said he can’t release them, because the actual order didn’t come through the system. I literally was looking at the box, but had to wait until the next day to get them. Huge waste of my time & not to mention gas. 2nd- I brought a excellent condition open box, why on God’s Green earth would someone else be able to track my location? This message pops up constantly, I’ve reset them multiple times only to get the same message seconds later. This message is now popping up on my husband phone, saying the prior owner is tracking our location. I’m so mad with all the inconveniences with open box. During Christmas I brought an open box PlayStation 5 and the actual game code was missing, so guess who child cried on Christmas Day? Smdh!
