It provides great sound but it's bluetooth voice capability while on the phone, is very poor. Callers on the other end of the phone complain they can't hear my voice too well--very low. Also, the battery went on mine after a year. It does not charge anymore after multiple resets and troubleshooting tasks. Totally rip off from Apple.

They are not very loud. The noise canceling is okay over I don’t recommend I ultimately decided to return them.
