Button placement caused me to hang up phone calls multiple times. Build quality is typical Apple and very good. The price point for what you get though just isn’t there.

They want to make it better but somehow worse?

This shows no help for comfort when wearing the headphones. Storage is weird as well. The plastic stuff provides no protection to the device and drains battery.
