Mediocre Sound, Poor Quality

Everyone I call makes a comment about how I am so hard to hear, muffled, and how the quality is so poor compared to when I’m speaking directly through the phone. It’s so bad to the point where I just put in other headphones if I need to make a call. Trust me, the connectivity, features, and quality are through the roof compared to others I’ve tried but for over $500 I expect better quality. I just want wireless music with the ability to make decent calls but this is far from the best option. I’ve tried the Sonos Ace as well but to be honest, Jabra is now my go to.

Sensational Sound

I am so impressed with the quality of these Airpod Max headphones. It is exactly what I needed when travelling in busy airports and not so quiet airplanes. The noise cancellation is exceptional with a simple push of a button and now I can listen to all around me. I highly recommend even though the price point was steep!

Pros: They work Cons: Needs improvement. The Bose QC 35 II and AirPods Pro sound better than these headphones. I lack bass and the noise canceling is okay. Not worth $549.
