okay-ish headphones. very heavy and not worth the pricepoint.

I thought these were great but very quickly the left side got a strange white noise squeaky sound that doesn't go away if nothing is playing. It kind of hurts my head or feels like I have a bug in my ear. If someone calls me & I'm wearing them, they always say it sounds like I'm under water and they cant hear me.

Product was good, but delivery was one month later than the confirmed delivery date.

I bought headphones in best-buy in credit in March 28/23 Model Apple AirPods max and for the last few months there has been a problem with hard noise in the left headphones when I turn on noise cancellation. Best-buy sent me to apple they took the headphones for repair and no one knows how long it will take so I don’t have headphones and I continue to pay a loan for them what type of fraud is being used here it’s so unfair. In Apple Store was only one option send it on repair technician just both store assistants was rude and not professional. I really get shocked service like that and so disappointed omg is it Best Buy and Apple Store or it small weird company??? They will nice with you when you buy some stuff, but when time to return you can get problem. I will do small claim court if issues will not fix in time. As I said it’s not fair continue to pay for the product in credit and don’t use it.

They are so good but something wrong with charging port it isn’t working now

Sound is quite impressive. Fit over my ears is good, but feel like the cushion material could be slight more comfortable. Are there comparable sounding headphones that are less expensive? Perhaps, but the tight integration with the Mac universe is a huge value proposition that I really enjoy. Definitely recommend getting an inexpensive carrying case as the included car doesn’t offer much protection while traveling.

There’s really nothing special about them, they sound like regular headphone. It is a hassle with how big they actually are.

Not that loud and it hurts to wear for a long period of time

Product is great, but the process to get them was not. They were on sale for $449.99 but only the space gray was in stock. In store employees and online agents told me to buy them anyway and do an even exchange when silver was in stock. When I went in later, they told me they would not be able to do this and I’d have to pay the difference in price since the sale changed from $449.99 to $479.99. I made sure with two employees in store before I even bought the space gray and then I made sure with two live/chat agents. I just bought the silver seperately and had to wait for the space gray to come in so I could return them. Essentially, there was no point of buying the space gray ones and it wasted my time and money and they sent me an exhausting loop that was of no help. 1 star for my experience with customer service/ buying from best buy. Other than that the headphones are great.

Feels really heavy on my head. I have owned many headphones. Not a fan.

Not worth 500, regular airpods are better, and louder

I bought these for the purpose of working out, but they were terrible. Sound quality was good, but barely better than a pair of headphones you would spend hundreds of dollars less on. While working out, they fell off my head every time I laid on a bench

Sound is good, features are good as well. Overall a good buy if your into apple products

Junk. Right pod stopped working 16 months in. I spent $350 to have it fixed, 45 days later it stopped working again. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this.

Ok sound quality—I have heard better honestly. Also they make my head hurt personally. Definitely not worth the $500+ price tag!

They are not what I expected in the sound quality I’ll stick with Sony for now I like the sound quality better for the price,. This are way to expensive

Sleek, great aesthetic, but not impressed by the sound quality and I don't think they fit everyone's head

Phone quality is TERRIBLE! So that’s why I’m not giving these 5 stars. I’ll stick with my Beats Pro! Sadly will be returning them! I really wanted to keep them!
