Was only able to use these for a week before one side of them didn’t produce any sound so now I have to turn them in to get repaired which is a bummer. I tried over 20 times to reset it and nothing has helped fix the issue with the sound.

I have still not received it. Called Best Buy Customer Service 10 times. I get routed to “Southeast Asia” and was told it was escalated and you will get an email in 24-72 hrs. I have not received anything. Worst place buy anything online. It’s been well over 72 hrs and Best Buy has been having money for over 20 days! If buying from online do store pick up. Asked to pay 300$. Manufacturing warranty doesn’t work. I brought my airpods to apple customer service and they told me that there's a hardware issue But my headphones worked in the evening, I plugged them with the charging cable and when I checked them in the morning they didn’t turn on. I absolutely don't understand why is it due to hardware issue? And they are asking me to pay 300 dollars for hardware issue but as i said I use apple products because of the quality And if you’re not responsible for low quality products I don’t see the reason to continue using them.

Really love the quality of the headphones. I just wish they had a more secure case for it, which I ended up purchasing separately.

0/10 my item was never delivered to me by Best Buy it was stolen i got a police report and everything and no one did anything to help to me i just lost my money and i called everyday i cried i begged i legit had the police verify and best buy did nothing

Solid headphones but you have to ask if they’re worth the price

I bought mine a month ago and I’m on my third pair now. The noise cancellation button broke each time and stopped connecting to my phone. When they work they are phenomenal and that’s the only reason they aren’t 1 star. You pay $600 for headphones, they shouldn’t break within a week.

Did not work today a waste of money . Will connect and unable to hear music

I had a pair stolen, and it sucks. But it doesnt have an airtag built in and it definitely should would make them much nicer.

I wanted to buy them for long time but I didn’t expect the material to be ans feel so cheap. Sweat too much, even though you are not doing any exercise at all. doesn't hold steady. Too expensive for those airpods.

So, these are great but, in comparison to some of the Sonys or other brands that are significantly cheaper theyre not that much better. This is a situation where tou really are paying for the name more than anything.

Pretty nasty. I opened the AirPod Max box and a bad smell came out, the case and ear covers were covered in makeup, and the item was still connected to the previous owner so my location was sent to them upon connecting to the device. Honestly, they're so dirty I'm afraid to even try them on for sound and will need to immediately return. Gross.

Owned these for 3 weeks and already having several issues. 1) They keep disconnecting & reconnecting randomly. 2) Any sudden head movement and the right ear stops working and only the left ear plays. 3) ANC randomly cycles through all 3 modes on its on. 4) Battery drains significantly fast I’ve did 3 factory resets and it hasn’t fixed anything. I made an Apple Genius Bar appointment. This is ridiculous especially for this price point and only owning them for barely 3 weeks.

Don’t purchase these I paid over 500 for a pair of head phones that only lasted a year went to use them they wouldn’t pair to my device went to apple and they are wanting me to pay an additional 361 in order to repair the headphones talk about highway robbery purchased the headphones

Slip off when you are doing activities that involve a lot of moment. Does not compare to other headphone brands when it comes to how loud they are.
