Worst headphones ever. Brought it for $479. Even if it was $19.99 I wouldn’t buy it because that’s how much it costed Tim Jobs to make them. Super heavy, worst sound and stupid ugly.

Really tried to love these, especially since I was able to get them on sale. Unfortunately I was just not impressed with the sound. They also were quite heavy and painful when wearing with glasses. The other issue I had wifh these headphones is they constantly have to be charging.

I ordered these headphones on 12/22. It’s a bday gift for my son. It is 1/19 and I still have not received anything. I have called customer service 5 times and all they do I cancel the order and submit a reorder. This has never happened to me. Worst service.

I got this AirPods from Best Buy barely six month ago and suddenly it stop charging only to take it to Apple Store and discover that I have to pay $300 for fixing some hardware issues

Item was sold as open box but has clear signs of moderate usage and were used for 2 years according to tbe serial number.

I used my AirPods for a year at the gym but somehow never got used to them. Overall these were great.

These are great headphones, but I do not recommend the white ones at all. They get super filthy, and some Best buys will not let you return them. So be super mindful when buying in these. Make sure Best buy honors their agreement.

They look really nice and i am already in that apple ecco system so you know i bought it just cause.

Some features are not working . Wouldn’t recommend

I really enjoyed these headphones but i would get headaches after about 45 min of use due to how tight the band was. Had to return them after a week.

They are awesome. Total worth it. My son loves these and if you like headphones and apple. Buy them!

Best Buy’s delivery service delivered ro the wrong house. Delivery service actually sent a picture of wrong house . Called Best Buy immediately - and have been arguing for my money back for 2 weeks - they refuse a refund for the reason “ delivered successfully” even though proof it wasn’t right address ! Ridiculous! Beware!’!!! Best Buy does NOT care about customers! I will never buy from them again

They wont charge!!! Im not sure why but it seems sloppy when it comes to charging and the battery

I just love to use apple airpods max and i purchased in best buy where it was delivered in a day.

The product is great!!! But the documentation of how to connect them to a phone or a iMax when they are co-located is non-existent. Therefore the actual how to do it is impiracal.

No bass Im a bass is important when it comes to headphones for many people and at this price apple could have done a better job. Sometimes I wonder how responsible Apple is for global warming since they manufacture billions of products
